BÁNH BÒ NƯỚNG


Connie Recipe

1 can of coconut sauce
1 or 1 1/2 cup of sugar
1 bag of tapioca starch (bot nang)
2 bag of baking powder in alsa brand w/pink color
8 eggs
some la dua

First separate the egg white and egg yolk to mix them well.  Then put them into a bowl all together with tapioca starch (bot nang), coconut sauce and sugar to mix them well until everything are apart.  Then u add the baking powder to mix well, again with all other stuff.  Then add the la dua at the end.  Then u pull them into 2 of the nonstick baking pan 9in X 1 1/2in to bake them for about 45 min, then open the oven to see if they cook with the clean toothpick, if not cook completely then close the oven let it cook for another 5 to 10, again.  Then that's it, you are only allow to open the oven once.  By the way, use the manual hand mix not the electric mixer, ok this is really important. 


8 or 10 eggs (i use 10)
 1 can of coconut cream (181/2 oz)
 400grams tapioca 2 bags baking soda (alsa brand)
 green food color (panda brand) 
2 1/2 or 3 cup of sugar mix all the ingredients together 
and use the mixer to mix it up about 10 minutes pre heat the oven first at 350 degree bake about 1 hour
